Granted, at the end of the day I am not the target demographic for this movie. It a superhero movie made to attract kids. It wasn awful, it just doesn try to do anything new, and it being so beautiful and stylishly shot is really the only reason I wasn groaning through the entire movie. Of course governments could just ban alcohol, but we all know what would happen then. People would riot because they need their drugs.
